Garden Meals is a FREE farm-to-kitchen program that will meet weekly for 3 hours per session

We will spend ½ of our time in the garden, and ½ our time in the kitchen gaining hands-on gardening and cooking experience. As we learn how to grow and prepare fresh, local foods we will also discuss how to shop, cook, and eat for optimal wellness, and cost savings.

Each participant will go home with fresh produce from the farm and printed recipes.
